Dana Jolly, BSN, RN, LNCC
The principal of our firm is Dana Jolly. A graduate of Clemson University School of Nursing and a board certified legal nurse consultant, Ms. Jolly brings over two decades of practical experience to Jolly Consulting. She is recognized as a nurse specialist and expert in the field of legal nurse consulting.
Ms. Jolly is active in the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC) both on the national level and the local level, having served on the national membership & nominating committees and as President of the Central Virginia Chapter. She’s a published author. Her latest work Evaluation of Surgical and Anesthesia Cases is featured in the 3rd edition of Principles and Practice of Legal Nurse Consulting, the core curriculum for this nursing specialty.
Ms. Jolly is also a frequent presenter at industry conferences. Past appearances include addresses at the Oncology Nursing Society National Congress, the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants’ National Conference, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys and the Virginia Nurses’ Association. She regularly lectures to clinical nursing audiences on medicolegal topics.
