Medicare Set Aside Allocation (MSA)
Jolly Consulting’s veteran nurses simplify this complex process. Our nurses are certified Medicare set aside allocators (MSCC) with years of experience doing allocations. We will determine the client’s eligibility, analyze the medical records and produce an accurate cost projection which can be used for final settlement negotiations. Once settlement is reached, we then submit the allocation for you. Jolly Consulting charges a flat rate for this service allowing our clients to accurately estimate their costs.
Record Organization
We organize, tab, and Bates stamp both work and expert copies of records, creating a special binder of key records. The result is immense savings in time and money for our client as experts can focus their initial review.
Attendance at IME
We will accompany your client to their IME as an observer, acting as your eyes and ears during the exam. Afterwards, we submit a verbal and/or written report of our observations. Who better to accompany your client to a doctor’s exam than a nurse?
